Responsibilities include a visible presence across campus, conducting patrols and facility checks, developing and maintaining safety plans, running drills, training staff in situational awareness, serving as the on-site security lead, and interfacing with local emergency responders. Required qualifications include significant professional experience in law enforcement, military, or protective services, with strong decision-making under pressure, and the ability to meet applicable Tennessee requirements for armed protective services.
