Family and Children's Agency Inc currently has three open positions available: * **Human Resources Coordinator:** This hybrid position is an opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation; serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, interns, and new employees; coordinating background checks and onboarding documentation; partnering with hiring managers and leadership; assisting with employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and staff events; collaborating with the HR team on policies, procedures, and HR projects; maintaining accurate and confidential personnel records; participating in HR meetings and providing administrative support; and performing other HR-related duties as assigned. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources, administrative support, recruiting, or a related field is preferred. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required to move between office locations in Norwalk. * **Major Gift Officer (Part-time):** This on-site, part-time position involves developing and strengthening relationships with donors who can support Family & Children’s Agency with gifts of $2,500 or more. The Major Gifts Officer will work closely with the Chief Development Officer to achieve fundraising goals, working 15-20 hours per week. Key responsibilities include donor cultivation and stewardship, major gifts solicitation, donor recognition and engagement, collaboration and communication, and data management and reporting. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of fundraising or related experience are required. Raiser's Edge proficiency is preferred. * **Case Manager, Supportive Housing:** This hybrid position involves supporting formerly homeless individuals as they transition into and maintain stable housing. The Case Manager will assist clients with the housing process, link clients with community resources, provide crisis intervention, and maintain accurate case files. A bachelor's degree in human services or a social-work related field (or equivalent experience) is required. Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and/or substance use disorders is preferred. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required for regional and statewide travel. Family and Children's Agency Inc uses various technologies in its operations, including those related to: * **Human Resources:** Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, and Retention. * **Fundraising:** Donor Cultivation, Stewardship, Donor Recognition, Data Management and Reporting. * **Case Management:** Case Management, Crisis Intervention, Community Resources, Budgeting, Tenancy Requirements, and Data Management. Family and Children's Agency Inc offers a hybrid working model for some positions.
