Fairfield Glade Community Club is hiring for the following on-site positions: * **Facilities Maintenance Technician:** This role is responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of Community Club facilities. Key duties include performing building repairs, troubleshooting plumbing issues, performing minor electrical and HVAC maintenance, and performing preventative maintenance. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, HVAC Repair and Electrical Troubleshooting Experience, and Customer Service Experience. Required skills include excellent verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal and customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. A valid TN Driver’s License is required. The physical requirements include walking and standing for extended periods of time, and the ability to lift 40 pounds at a time (more with assistance). * **Racquet Sports Attendant:** The Racquet Sports Attendant is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Racquet Sports front desk, pro shop, and courts. Responsibilities include handling money transactions, booking court reservations, managing paperwork, and providing excellent guest service. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED and customer service experience. Retail experience is preferred, with knowledge of racquet sports and Point of Sale experience being a plus. Required skills include excellent verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. * **Facilities Support Tech I:** This position involves the care and maintenance of the community center and recreational facilities assigned to the division. Responsibilities include cleaning the center, setting up and tearing down events, performing minor repairs, assisting guests with equipment, and maintaining inventory. A High School Diploma or GED and customer service experience are required. Janitorial experience is a plus. Required skills include excellent verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. A valid TN Driver’s License is required. Physical requirements include walking and standing for extended periods of time, and the ability to lift 40 pounds at a time (more with assistance).
