Evans Transportation Services, Inc is currently hiring for the following on-site positions: * **Client Success Manager:** This role, reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Client Engagement, focuses on supporting Key Account Managers. Responsibilities include assisting with client support, financial accountability for client portfolios, selling creative solutions, and onboarding key accounts. The Client Success Manager will also be responsible for building relationships, problem-solving, and collaborating internally and externally. Essential functions include supporting the KAM team with data analysis, building reports, and assisting with projects to meet client timelines and drive value. This exempt, full-time position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of related 3PL experience, with the potential for substituting experience for education. The position requires the ability to travel 50% or more. * **Account Manager:** Reporting to the Director of TL Account Management, the Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for Truckload clients, and be responsible for communicating with clients and their suppliers, reviewing and processing customer orders, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Account Manager is responsible for retaining and growing their assigned customers. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, executing day-to-day transportation needs, building loads from customers, performing portal updates, identifying issues, responding to inquiries, providing quotes, managing bid boards, and maintaining accurate records. * **Claims Specialist:** Under the direction of the Claims Manager, the Claims Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of freight claims on behalf of Evans’ customers. This includes managing the full lifecycle of a freight claim, from information collection to payment resolution. This role will work closely with internal teams, carriers, and customers to ensure claims are handled accurately and efficiently. The Claims Specialist will collect documentation, validate claims, file claims with carriers, negotiate settlements, and maintain accurate records. This non-exempt, full-time position requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred and 1–3 years of experience in a related field.
