Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer. They should have proven experience in data warehouse design, implementation, and maintenance using Databricks (Delta Lake, Autoloader, Unity Catalog, Jobs) and dbt, along with Python and SQL (Spark) development experience. Knowledge of data pipeline tools like Apache Airflow and Kafka (MSK) is also required. Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and Postgres DBA depth is needed. * **Marketing Associate:** The Marketing Associate will join Equiti's Marketing and Communications team and will support a variety of marketing initiatives.
