Description

Purpose of Role:

The Project Manager will lead implementation projects, overseeing customer onboarding to ensure seamless delivery, exceptional customer experience, and alignment with Equiti objectives. This role ensures clients are onboarded seamlessly and align our capabilities with the needs of the client. The project manager is responsible for creating the client accounts, coordinating the deployment on Devices for VRI, OPI, and integrations with other internal teams.
 

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Project Ownership: Oversee and drive successful customer onboarding projects, ensuring satisfaction, operational readiness, and adherence to timelines.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Establish and execute on cross functional activities related to onboarding.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all implementations align with HIPAA and PHI standards, maintaining security and compliance requirements.

  • Project Management Tools: Develop and track project plans for client onboarding projects. Determine project timelines and major milestones.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a strategic point of contact, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment between the client and internal teams during onboarding.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience: 2+ Years in the language services industry, and 1+ year experience as a project manager.

  • Technical Knowledge (Preferred): Strong understanding of mobile device deployment, hospital IT infrastructure, network configuration, firewalls, MDM Solutions, and DNS is a plus.

  • Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HIPAA and PHI compliance requirements.

  • Project Management Tools: Expertise in Smartsheet & Salesforce or similar project management platforms.

  • Certifications (Preferred): PMP certification is a plus. Prosci Change Management or relevant IT/security certifications are beneficial.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • ITIL certification or similar support framework training is a plus.

  • Proven technical skills demonstrated through relevant certifications or practical experience.
     

Relevant Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

  • Sitting at a computer – 6-8 hours per day – 95% of time

  • Using hand/fingers to file – 2 hours per day – 5% of time
