ELEGANCIA is currently seeking to fill three positions. * **CDD SAISONNIER MARS A OCTOBRE COMMIS DE CUISINE H/F - LE BOUT DU PARC:** This on-site role is for a Commis de Cuisine at Le Bout Du Parc hotel. The Commis de Cuisine will assist the chef in food preparation and plate presentation, ensuring quality service. Key responsibilities include preparing culinary dishes, dressing plates, following recipes, and maintaining the kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess cooking techniques, an understanding of inventory management, HACCP compliance, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with their team. * **CDD SAISONNIER CHEF DE RANG H/F - LE BOUT DU PARC:** This on-site position is for a Chef de Rang at the Le Bout Du Parc hotel. This role is essential for restaurant service, ensuring client satisfaction. Main responsibilities include providing personalized, welcoming client service, table setting, taking orders, offering service, promoting additional sales, handling cash, managing invoices, and adhering to HACCP standards. The role also includes maintaining client records, helping with space maintenance and hygiene, and collaborating with technical teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales, service techniques, cash management, basic drink preparation and inventory management. They will also need to comply with HACCP rules. They must be proficient in French and English. * **RECEPTIONNISTE NUIT H/F - CHOUCHOU:** ELEGANCIA is also looking for an on-site Night Receptionist for the Chouchou hotel. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, security, and smooth overnight operations. Main responsibilities include managing check-in/check-out, concierge services, and reservation processing. Additional responsibilities include responding to emails, managing social media, and managing finances. The role also includes stock management, and ensuring equipment is in working order. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, reliable, and reactive individual, with customer service skills, organizational skills, teamwork abilities, and proficiency in English. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is required.
