Experienced technicians with a Journeyman license or higher, or 5 years of experience in states without license requirements, are eligible for a $1000 sign-on bonus. **Service Coordinator:** This on-site position is located in New Castle, DE. Service Coordinators facilitate the smooth scheduling and dispatching of requests for service/repair of commercial food equipment. Applicants must have strong customer service, organizational, and computer skills. Knowledge of the Delaware Valley metro area is required. **Biller:** The on-site Biller position is located in the Rosedale, MD office. This role supports the A/R & Billing function through the collection and maintenance of COD accounts, motor shop accounts, and customer relationships. The Biller also obtains purchase orders from customers as needed and handles all aspects of customer invoicing. The applicant must be detail-oriented, possess good organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer accounts, reconciling credits, entering and posting credits and adjustments to customer accounts and invoices, collecting accounts in a professional and courteous manner, recording disputes and notifying the appropriate manager, and adding new customer billing locations to the computer system. 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and billing is preferred, as is experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel. The position requires demonstrated customer service, interpersonal communication, and the ability to multi-task. Experience in the service/repair or related industry is preferred, as is a general knowledge of the accounting process. The ability to work in a team environment is a must.
