Easy Service is currently hiring for three on-site positions. Easy Service is seeking qualified candidates for the following roles: * **Adjunct Professor Lab:** This is a temporary academic position within the Physician Assistant (PA) Program at Mercy College of Ohio. The role involves on-site classroom instruction and evaluating student progress. Essential job functions include teaching assigned courses, encouraging critical thinking, and maintaining records. The required education is a Graduate Degree (Masters) in Physician Assistant or a relevant field. Preferred education is a Post Graduate Degree (Ph.D). Licensure/Certification is required, such as current NCCPA Certification (PA-C) or PA-C emeritus status, or PA license. If a physician, current licensure as allopathic or osteopathic physician and board certified ABMS or AO is required. Active certification, licensure as relevant to discipline is preferred. The role requires experience relevant to the course content's learning outcomes and instructional objectives, and also requires effective communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and the ability to use technology in the classroom are also important. The scheduled weekly hours are 0.01 and work shift is Days. * **Adjunct Faculty -Nursing Program- Mercy College:** This is a temporary academic position involving on-site instruction in a clinical setting within the Nursing Program at Mercy College of Ohio. Key responsibilities include facilitating a learning environment, evaluating student progress, and upholding Mercy Health's mission and core values. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required, with a Graduate Degree (Master's Degree) preferred. Prior faculty/teaching experience at the collegiate level (3+ years) is also preferred. The scheduled weekly hours are 0.01 and work shift is Days/Evenings. * **Unit Secretary - Springfield Cancer Center:** This on-site role provides clerical support to the nursing unit at the Springfield Cancer Center. Responsibilities include resolving caller issues, providing customer-focused service, and performing administrative duties. A High School Degree or GED is required. Prior healthcare clerical work and experience with EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) are preferred. The position requires problem-solving skills, basic computer skills, typing skills (25 WPM), and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The scheduled weekly hours are 0.01 and work shift is Days. The positions utilize various technologies and skills: * **Adjunct Professor Lab:** Requires skills related to classroom instruction, critical thinking, evaluation, communication, interpersonal skills, technology use, and flexibility. Also, teaching experience and professional membership are beneficial. * **Adjunct Faculty -Nursing Program- Mercy College:** Requires skills related to clinical instruction, student evaluation, record keeping, critical thinking, self-direction, compassion, excellence, human dignity, justice, and service. * **Unit Secretary - Springfield Cancer Center:** Requires problem-solving skills, basic computer skills, typing skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer-focused service, and organizational skills, along with a proactive attitude. All of the current open positions at Easy Service are on-site. The Adjunct Professor Lab and Unit Secretary positions work Days.
