The Digital Marketing Specialist provides web design, marketing, and public relations support across E.V. Bishoff Company’s four markets – Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh. Duties include creating and editing floor plans; creating and maintaining a monthly marketing calendar; maintaining and creating Google Ads/follows analytics; creating and maintaining monthly marketing campaigns; tracking leads and reporting information; creating and distributing marketing collateral; creating databases; coordinating press releases; maintaining media contacts; producing marketing materials; maintaining company websites using WIX; utilizing contact databases for sales and event planning; coordinating administrative functions for events; coordinating social media; creating training videos; and establishing leasing leads. The salary range is $45,000-$50,000 per year. * **Superintendent:** Similar to the Maintenance Supervisor, this on-site role is responsible for all maintenance on assigned properties, including contractor work.
