The LPC provides intake and patient advocacy services and collaborates with physicians, staff, patients, families, and other organizations. The role involves identifying and addressing psychosocial needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community services, providing mental health education, performing case management duties, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives. A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counselling or Marriage and Family Therapy is required. Candidates must be a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). 2-5 years of experience, preferably working with children and/or adolescents, is preferred. Experience with electronic health records, preferably NextGen, is also preferred. * **Patient Services Representative II:** The Patient Services Representative II is responsible for patient intake, registration, and the collection of co-payments and deductibles. They assist patients, vendors, visitors, and clinic personnel and may rotate to other David Raines Community Health Center sites. Responsibilities include assisting with intake, registration, payment collection, and insurance verification, as well as serving as an Administrative Assistant by generating memos, reports, and forms, maintaining provider calendars, and managing the filing system. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of patient/customer services experience. Experience in the NextGen system is required, and a healthcare background is preferred. The positions utilize various technologies.
