About the Company
The Cypress is Charlotte’s premier Life Plan Community, sitting on 65 sun-kissed acres in the heart of beautiful South Park. Throughout The Cypress’ history, our goal has always been to give our residents the best of everything. That includes an inspired lifestyle filled with activities and amenities, a variety of wellness opportunities, world-class healthcare, and financial stability from owning a home. As a Life Plan Community, The Cypress is uniquely equipped to meet the different health care needs of its residents, from the most independent and able to those requiring more advanced levels of care. Every detail surrounding our healthcare model has been carefully considered to best ensure that residents can continue to experience the rich, full lives they deserve, even as their medical needs change. Located on campus, The Stewart Health Center is a Medicare-certified facility offering assisted living options, 24-hour skilled nursing care and dementia care for rehabilitative and long-term care programs, short-term recuperation and respite services for all Cypress residents.
