CustomerLabs has three open positions available: 1. **Sales Development Representative:** This hybrid role requires an SDR with 1 to 3 years of experience. Responsibilities include scheduling 50 qualified demos per quarter, aiding account executives to generate revenue, fortnightly script tweaks with the marketing team, sharing insights on lead quality with the Sales Ops team, process and tool recommendations, mentoring Associate SDRs, and advanced lead generation, lead qualification, and nurturing, pipeline and relationship management, collaboration with sales and marketing teams, mentoring and leadership duties, performance analysis, industry expertise, and continuous learning. Candidates should possess strong sales expertise and advanced communication skills, with a strong ability to analyze lead generation and sales data. Project management and organization skills are also required. Mentorship and leadership abilities are also key. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a preferred qualification. The position also offers stock options, flexible working hours, and a hybrid work model. 2. **Senior Content Writer- Mass Campaigns:** The Senior Content Writer position is an on-site role. Responsibilities include creating new content (blogs, newsletters, ebooks, white papers, ad copy, etc.) to support marketing and sales campaigns, working closely with marketing and design teams, optimizing content using SEO best practices, and creating engaging content that meets deadlines, including content for paid campaigns. This position requires 2+ years of experience in a relevant field and experience in handling a team. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate and meet deadlines are essential. This role also needs proficiency in MS office suite and related software. The journalism or PR background is a big plus. 3. **Conversion Officer (Counsellor):** This on-site role is located in Teynampet, Chennai and requires 1-3 years of experience. The Conversion Officer will guide prospective students through the overseas education process, focusing on UK education. The role involves student counseling, university shortlisting, and visa guidance. Key responsibilities include counseling students on UK universities, courses, and admission processes; assisting students with university shortlisting; providing visa counseling; converting student inquiries into successful applications and enrollments; maintaining regular follow-ups; and coordinating with internal teams and university partners. Candidates should have hands-on experience in UK counseling, university shortlisting, and visa counseling. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Additionally, the ability to communicate in Tamil, Hindi, or Telugu is preferred.
