Hiring: Conversion officer ( Counsellor ) 
Location: Teynampet, Chennai

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Conversion Officer to guide prospective students through the overseas education process. The role involves student counselling, university shortlisting, and visa guidance, with a strong focus on UK education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on UK universities, courses, and admission processes

  • Assist students with university shortlisting based on academic profile and career goals

  • Provide end-to-end visa counselling and documentation guidance

  • Convert student enquiries into successful applications and enrolments

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with students and ensure timely closures

  • Coordinate with internal teams and university partners for smooth processing.


Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in UK counselling, university shortlisting, and visa counselling

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to communicate in Tamil, Hindi, or Telugu (in addition to English)

  • Good interpersonal skills with a student-centric approach and Understanding of the motivation and criteria which influence students from the India in selecting their abroad study destinations

  • Good knowledge of the higher education system and academic environment in India. Ability to handle multiple students and meet conversion targets.
