The position requires providing excellent customer service and cultivating positive relationships. Candidates should have a Certificate III or higher in electronics engineering, RF engineering, or a related field, along with technical knowledge of P25, TETRA, and DMR radio equipment, radio spectrum, and network-based radio systems. A strong understanding of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) regulatory landscape is also required.
