About the Role
CSE Uniserve are seeking a dynamic, energetic and customer focused Internal Sales Administrator located in our Norwest, NSW office.
The role will provide sales support to the external sales team who are focused on the external, customer sales and business development space. Working alongside the sales team, you will coordinate the internal sales functions, including preparing sales quotations, processing sales orders, and supporting the team within the scope of organisational policies and procedures. Being able to add value by having technical and product knowledge would also be an advantage.
In conjunction with the sales support functions, this role will also include assisting with optimising the sales CRM management system, engaging in customer feedback and outreach tasks as well as assisting the Internal Sales Manager.
We will rely on you to provide excellent levels of customer service as well as outstanding sales and administration support. You will cultivate positive customer (internal and external) relationships and contribute to ongoing business improvement in your related field and expertise. This role will require an individual who is proactive, highly customer focused, and have an interest and willingness to expand the quality of our sales and administration processes.
About You
Driven and motivated to excel, you are a great communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills. You will have similar sales and office administration experience in a role where you have been driven to succeed, with supporting structures in place to do so.
You will have impressive customer service skills demonstrated by your ability to form long-term value-adding relationships, underpinned by your own professional expertise and competence in the sales and office administration function.
You are a problem-solver, structured, analytical by nature, and love working in a dynamic, team-based environment.
Qualifications and Experience
· A technical product background and knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
· Understanding of sales and office administration functions
· Experience in managing multiple and competing priorities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Attention to detail is a must
