The role requires a thorough knowledge of specific operational procedures, operational goals, and methods for supervising operational personnel. Candidates must have an education equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade and three to four years of experience in facility operations, with one year at a lead-worker level in a hospital or similar institution, or an equivalent combination of experience and training. * **Domestic Relations Officer II:** This on-site, full-time, specialized professional position is within the Domestic Relations Section (DRS). The role manages a caseload involving the establishment and enforcement of child support orders. Responsibilities include conducting support conferences, preparing cases for court, and completing projects and reports. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree with coursework in criminal justice administration, public administration, psychology or a related field, and two years of experience as a Domestic Relations Officer I, or equivalent experience. Strong communication, negotiating, and decision-making skills are required, along with a thorough knowledge of DRS practices and Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure.
