The Corporate Compliance Auditor investigates consumer complaints, performs compliance monitoring, and assists with CSI oversight. Responsibilities include identifying remediation tickets and assisting with audit reports. This position requires adherence to the Professional Practices Management System (PPMS), Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am EST - 5:00 pm EST with one hour lunch. * **Director, Talent Acquisition:** This hybrid position requires managing the recruitment life cycle, including job descriptions, advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding. This role also oversees employee files and vendor relationships and provides Talent Acquisition and Compensation support and guidance to the Executive Team. The Director, Talent Acquisition will also work with the Management Team to reduce Human Resource related risk. This role requires the ability to work in the Fairport, NY Office as needed and travel between ConServe’s offices as needed. * **Student Loans Collection Manager:** This on-site role focuses on managing and developing staff to increase productivity and maintain compliance. Responsibilities include communicating objectives, training staff, evaluating performance, and ensuring the execution of schedules. The manager must achieve personal monthly performance objectives, review schedules and timekeeping records, and adhere to the Blueprint Quality Management System (QMS), Code of Conduct, and Compliance program.
