Applicants must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any field, enjoy communicating with people, be able to work at the CloudCommerce headquarters at Chaengwattana 14, and have professional Thai language skills, both spoken and written. Proficiency in English is a plus. The internship offers an allowance of 200 THB per day for a minimum of 3 months. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00. The third position is a Customer Service Intern (Fastbuy). This is an on-site role located at the Fastship Head Office (Chaengwattana 14). Responsibilities include providing information and resolving customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. The role also involves recording and tracking cases, coordinating with teams, and compiling FAQs. Qualifications include being a current Bachelor’s degree student in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related discipline, an interest in e-commerce and international shipping, being proactive and detail-oriented, and command of the English language.
