A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required, along with a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana and a minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. The physical requirements include the ability to stand, sit, walk, and use hands, along with full hearing and correctable vision. The candidate must be able to lift/carry up to 15 lbs. **Housekeeper:** This on-site, full-time position requires the Housekeeper to follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to promote health and safety while reducing the spread of infection. Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms, kitchens, office areas, bathrooms, storage areas, and entrances. The Housekeeper will also collect and dispose of waste, disinfect and clean fixtures, mop floors, wash windows, vacuum, steam clean, and refill supplies. A High School Diploma/GED is preferred. Experience in custodial work is also preferred. The candidate must be able to pass a physical exam and TB test and have effective organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. The ability to lift 55 pounds is required. **Enrollment Specialist:** This on-site position focuses on facilitating and conducting intake and enrollment services. This includes prescreening, scheduling appointments, managing the enrollment calendar, touring facilities, performing home assessments, handling yearly re-certifications, tracking intake/enrollment progress, completing Medicaid and MDS applications, and ensuring timely submission of all required documents. The Enrollment Specialist will also process disenrollment requests, complete monthly reports, enter data into TruChart, and assist with outreach and marketing efforts. The working environment may present contact with patients under a wide variety of environments and circumstances. At a minimum, an Associate Degree or equivalent and one year experience in healthcare or elderly care, admissions, intake, enrollment or similar services is required. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to work with adult geriatric patients and their caregivers. Required to pass the LA state exam for MDS-HC certification within one month of date of hire or the closest time to LA scheduled examinations. Employee must maintain certification prior to expiration. This position involves sitting, standing, walking, and the use of hands. The candidate must be able to lift/carry up to 15 lbs. The Housekeeper role utilizes Cleaning Schedules, Sanitation, Disinfecting, Floor Mopping, Vacuuming, Steam Cleaning, Waste Management, Supply Refilling, Light Bulb Changing, Organizational Skills, Problem Solving, Time Management, Manual Dexterity, Physical Stamina, and Following Procedures. The Enrollment Specialist role utilizes Intake Coordination, Enrollment Services, Prescreening, Scheduling, Calendar Management, Home Assessments, Re-certifications, Medicaid Application Processing, Disenrollment Processing, Monthly Reporting, Data Entry, Outreach, Marketing Assistance, Conflict Resolution, Teamwork, and MDS-HC Certification.
