This role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining in-depth product knowledge. The positions require knowledge in a range of technologies. * **Quality Assurance Engineer:** Requires knowledge of software QA methodologies, SQL, scripting, Agile, and Software Development Lifecycle. Experience with test automation frameworks like Playwright or Cypress is preferred. * **Care Coach:** This role does not list required tech skills. * **Product Technical Support Specialist:** The position requires a solid understanding of Jira and Jira workflows/other customer support systems.
