PMHNPs will provide high-quality telehealth psychiatric care as independent contractors. The hourly compensation is $101.61 - $126.99 per clinical hour, depending on acuity and services rendered. The role offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 20 hours of availability per week. Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management services, providing evidence-based care, completing treatment plans every 90 days, completing clinical documentation, and delivering care via telehealth. Minimum qualifications include an active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Oregon, an RN license in Oregon and in your state of residence, ANCC PMHNP board certification, a valid DEA and state PMP registration, a master’s or doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health nursing, and the ability to provide telehealth services. Candidates must also pass a background check and reside in a U.S. state eligible for contracting; currently unable to contract with clinicians residing in CA, NY, MA, NJ or DE. * **Talent Sourcing Coordinator:** This remote position offers a pay range of $26 - $31 per hour, DOE. The Talent Sourcing Coordinator will identify, engage and nurture prospective candidates for clinical roles. Essential job duties include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and identifying candidates, verifying eligibility, reviewing resumes, building talent pipelines, maintaining candidate data, assisting in job postings, and providing weekly updates. Minimum qualifications include 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with sourcing tools. Experience sourcing healthcare or licensed clinicians is a plus, as is familiarity with telehealth services.
