Responsibilities include managing service requests, screening potential patients, scheduling clients, communicating with medical staff, monitoring client admissions and discharges, maintaining call logs, providing referrals, assisting with insurance registration, and conducting client admits and discharges. * **Certified Recovery Mentor:** Bridgeway is seeking a Recovery Mentor for its Men's Residential Home. This on-site role involves partnering with a counselor and supporting treatment programs. The Recovery Mentor will be the first point of contact with incoming clients, focusing on developing supportive relationships, assisting with enrollment, and providing advocacy and community education. The role includes transporting clients, demonstrating recovery practices, assisting clients with community resources, connecting clients to support meetings and services, documenting client progress, facilitating support groups, and coordinating with team members on treatment plans and discharge planning.
