Recovery Mentor
for our
Men's Residential Home.

Bridgeway is a new kind of healthcare organization providing holistic treatment through addiction recovery, problem gambling treatment, mental health therapy, and primary medical care.
Position Purpose
The Recovery Mentor position partners with a counselor and supports our treatment programs at Bridgeway Community Health. The person in this position will be the first point of contact with all incoming clients and focus on developing supportive relationships with potential and current clients. The mentor will help potential clients enroll in services and connect them to a primary counselor. Advocacy and community education are other aspects of this role, including providing information and resources to community organizations around addiction and referral to services. The mentor will work in collaboration with the counselor to provide a treatment team approach to clients.
