Duties include following safety procedures, spreading dirt, performing rough and fine grade operations, running a fill area, reading slope stakes, cutting and filling slopes, directing trucks, dressing and cleaning up the job site, and performing equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience operating Dozers for rough and fine grade operations. A High School Diploma is preferred. OSHA and/or MSHA certification is a plus. The ability to read and interpret grade elevations and stakeout and a Valid Driver's License in good standing are required. This role requires willingness to work nights and weekends. * **Asphalt Roller Operator - Paving - Richmond:** This on-site position in the Paving department reports to the Paving Foreman. The Asphalt Roller Operator will operate a self-propelled Roller with either steel drums or solid rubber wheels used for compacting hot mix asphalt. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe work environment, operating the machine, performing daily equipment checks, and using hand tools. The position requires a Valid Driver's License with transportation to and from job sites. Previous heavy highway construction experience and knowledge of compacting procedures dealing with different asphalt mixes are preferred. This role requires overtime work and exposure to extremes of heat or cold weather. * **Accounts Receivable Specialist:** This on-site, entry-level position is located in Williamsburg, VA. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will perform daily processing of Accounts Receivable transactions.
