The Gamesroom Instructor will implement a weekly program plan, including tournaments, contests, skills classes, and participatory displays. School year hours are either 3:00 pm-7:00 pm or 3:30 pm-8:00 pm, depending on the club assignment. Summer hours are from 12:00 am-5:00 pm at all clubs. The starting pay is $14.50 per hour based on experience. The roles require a variety of skills, including the following: * **Technology Instructor:** Technology Instruction, Motivation, Child Management, Computer Applications, Presentation Skills, and Organizational Skills. * **Lifeguard:** Lifeguarding, Swimming Instruction, Water Safety, Program Planning, Supervision, Maintenance, Counseling, Teamwork, Leadership, and Communication. * **Games Room Instructor:** Supervision, Mentoring, Program Planning, Recreational Activities, Teamwork, Communication, Organization, Problem Solving, Event Coordination, Child Development, Equipment Maintenance, Group Activities, Tournament Planning, Skills Instruction, Community Engagement, and Safety Awareness. All three listed positions are on-site roles.
