The starting pay range is $15.75 per hour based on experience. Personal and sick time are available. * **Lifeguard:** This is an on-site position. The Lifeguard Instructor will be responsible for planning and implementing the swimming pool program, providing swim lessons, supervising free swim periods, and organizing tournaments and contests. * **Games Room Instructor:** This part-time, on-site position focuses on providing recreational services for Boys & Girls Club members. The Gamesroom Instructor will implement a weekly program plan, including tournaments, contests, skills classes, and participatory displays. School year hours are either 3:00 pm-7:00 pm or 3:30 pm-8:00 pm, depending on the club assignment. Summer hours are from 12:00 am-5:00 pm at all clubs. The starting pay is $14.50 per hour based on experience. The roles require a variety of skills, including the following: * **Technology Instructor:** Technology Instruction, Motivation, Child Management, Computer Applications, Presentation Skills, and Organizational Skills. * **Lifeguard:** Lifeguarding, Swimming Instruction, Water Safety, Program Planning, Supervision, Maintenance, Counseling, Teamwork, Leadership, and Communication. * **Games Room Instructor:** Supervision, Mentoring, Program Planning, Recreational Activities, Teamwork, Communication, Organization, Problem Solving, Event Coordination, Child Development, Equipment Maintenance, Group Activities, Tournament Planning, Skills Instruction, Community Engagement, and Safety Awareness.
