Each role reports to a Club Director. **Youth Development Professional (YDP)/Afterschool - Thomson:** This position requires on-site work, with hours from 2-7 PM, Monday through Friday. The responsibilities include establishing and developing programs, ensuring member participation, registering new members, providing guidance and role modeling, administering activities, and ensuring the safety of members. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED required, combined experience and/or formal training equivalent to a minimum of 2 years, knowledge of youth development, excellent communication and inter-personal skills, and ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems. Experience or interest in arts or creative programming is preferred. **Youth Development Professional (YDP)/Afterschool - Belair Elementary:** This position also requires on-site work, with hours from 2-7 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include program development, ensuring member participation, registering members, providing guidance and role modeling, administering programs, and ensuring the safety of members. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and a combined experience and/or formal training equivalent to a minimum of 2 years. **Youth Development Professional (YDP)/Afterschool - Hagler:** The role is on-site with hours of 2-7 PM, M-F. The role’s responsibilities include establishing a program calendar, developing a schedule, ensuring program participation, member registration, guidance and role modeling, program implementation, safety monitoring, and program evaluation. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and combined experience and/or formal training equivalent to a minimum of 2 years.
