Sales Marketing Manager (GTM Operations) – BPO** This on-site role focuses on executing and optimizing go-to-market (GTM) operations. The Sales Marketing Manager will be accountable for delivering a predictable, well-qualified pipeline. **2. Customer Service BAE** This on-site role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital channels. The Customer Service BAE will resolve customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires 1-2 years of previous customer service or call center experience. **3. Head of People & Culture** The Head of People & Culture role, also on-site, involves building the company's culture. This individual will be a core member of the EXCO and shape the commercial strategy of the business. The role involves designing a world-class employee experience and leading the recruitment engine, aiming to hire over 200 people a month. The Head of People & Culture should have 10+ years of experience in Human Capital, with at least 5 years at an EXCO level, and proven experience scaling teams with 500+ employees.
