Additional duties include following safety rules, acting as a store representative, reporting injuries immediately to a Manager, and additional responsibilities determined by the Manager. **2. Location Manager - Sturtevant:** This is a full-time, on-site management position in Sturtevant, WI 53177. **3. Yard Associate - Germantown:** This full-time, on-site position is located in Germantown, WI 53022. The Yard Associate will be responsible for loading and unloading building materials. Key responsibilities include working with Dispatch or the store manager, maintaining control over customers, receiving and pulling orders, loading and unloading trucks, and resolving customer problems. Other responsibilities include performing general organization and housekeeping, using power tools, and communicating effectively with personnel. Yard Associates must also verify incoming materials, ensure delivery consistency, and the ability to lift up to 75lbs frequently in a consistently safe manner. This position may require assisting in other yards as needed. The positions utilize various skills and technologies. The Inside Sales Associate role requires proficiency in sales techniques, customer service, product knowledge, order entry, relationship building, collaboration, objection handling, cash handling, and safety compliance. The Yard Associate role utilizes building materials knowledge, customer service, time management, basic math, forklift operation, power tool usage, communication, order accuracy, problem solving, teamwork, organization, housekeeping, safety awareness, independence, and attention to detail. The Location Manager position requires management skills. All three listed positions are on-site roles. The Inside Sales Associate and Yard Associate positions are in Germantown, WI.
