Open positions include: * **RN - Float:** Registered Nurses are needed to travel within a designated Benedictine region, developing and implementing care plans, and administering medications. Candidates must hold current state licensure as an RN in good standing and possess organizational and communication skills. * **Full Time Resident Assistant - Independent Living:** Resident Assistants provide support with daily living activities, maintain personal environments, provide observation and documentation, and assist with onboarding new Associates. Applicants must complete medication administration training and be able to prioritize tasks independently. * **Resident Assistant - Float:** Resident Assistants support residents with daily living activities, maintain personal environments, provide observation and documentation, and assist with onboarding new Associates. Candidates must complete and maintain medication administration training and possess communication skills. * **Plant Operations Manager:** This role involves supervising and coordinating plant operations and maintenance. Responsibilities include managing staff, the department’s budget, facility inspections, general maintenance, and construction work. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of building maintenance experience, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. * **Certified Nursing Assistant:** Certified Nursing Assistants provide direct resident care and report condition changes. CNAs need good communication skills and must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity. Benedictine offers training towards certification. * **Full-time/Part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant:** Occupational Therapy Assistants provide treatment for residents under the occupational therapy plan of care as established by the therapist. * **Cook:** Cooks create menus and serve meals. They also promote food safety and sanitation. Quantity food production experience is preferred. * **Culinary Services Aide, PT 4p-7p - Madonna Towers:** Culinary Services Aides interact with residents, serve meals, and provide a welcoming dining experience. They adhere to food safety and dietary guidelines. * **RN - New Brighton, MN:** Registered Nurses in this position develop and implement care plans based on assessments, administer medications, and provide resident, family, and caregiver education. * **Full Time 12hr Day LPN/RN - Ada, MN:** LPNs and RNs provide patient-centered and evidence-based care. The LPNs are responsible for initial data collection and implementing care plans.
