Avow Hospice has three open positions available: 1. **MANAGER OF CLINICAL SERVICES (RN):** This on-site position in Naples, FL, offers a salary range of $87,360 - $98,000 USD per year. The Manager of Clinical Services (RN) is responsible for clinical and fiscal management of the team, ensuring quality of care and customer satisfaction. The role involves supervising staff, providing clinical resources, facilitating team meetings, evaluating patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, a Registered Nurse license, and potentially specialty certifications. 2. **REGISTERED NURSE:** This on-site Registered Nurse position is located in Fort Myers, FL, with an hourly rate between $34 - $39 USD. This role is a night shift position in the Care24 Team doing visits in the community with a schedule of 3-12 hour shifts and every other weekend. The Registered Nurse will utilize the nursing process, assess and manage symptoms, coordinate care, and provide education and support. This role has a $25,000 Sign On Bonus for qualified candidates. An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required. A current Registered Nurse License is required to practice in the state of Florida. 3. **CLINICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST:** This on-site role in Naples, FL, offers an hourly rate between $19.50 - $24.00 USD. The Clinical Support Specialist provides organizational support for scheduling staff and patient visits. This includes scheduling for team nurses, social services coordinators, chaplains, and home health aides. The role involves strong customer service skills, communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; an Associate's degree and/or experience is acceptable.
