Responsibilities include providing estimates to the Service team, entering and maintaining estimates in the quotes system, providing formal written estimates, and providing accurate quotes within 3 days of receiving a request. The Service Writer will also review preventive maintenance work orders for billing and provide estimates for needed items, verify information with technicians, maintain communication with customers, and be responsible for monthly reporting. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are required. * **Field Service Technician:** This on-site role involves diagnosing and repairing Toyota and other lift-trucks and heavy-duty material handling equipment. Responsibilities include conducting preventative maintenance on customer forklifts, maintaining product knowledge, maintaining technician tools, completing service repairs in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and attending monthly safety inspections.
