Essential duties include reporting to the Branch Manager, completing service jobs, assisting on construction sites, assisting with deliveries, assisting the Branch Manager, supporting the rebar fabrication area, working with the manager to assign sub-contractors and/or MLS team members, and managing MLS equipment and/or rental equipment for service projects. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with customers, executing punch lists, suggesting and implementing improvements to customer service, delivering prompt solutions, developing innovative approaches to improve internal processes, and reviewing industry trends. An Associate Degree or service experience is preferred. Required skills include Microsoft Office and customer service skills. The physical requirement for this role includes the ability to lift 75 lbs. A valid CDL driver’s license is required. * **Warehouse Associate - Audubon, Iowa:** This full-time, on-site position requires managing pick ticket orders, pulling warehouse picking orders, packing for shipping or pick up, ensuring orders are accurate, operating a forklift and pallet jack, replenishing shelves, maintaining biosecurity protocols, shrink wrapping pallets, loading and unloading trucks, shipping and receiving products, and assisting in tracking shipments. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Due to biosecurity reasons, the candidate cannot live with anyone who works with swine. The physical requirements include the ability to lift or move up to 70 lbs and stand and walk on concrete for multiple hours throughout the day.
