Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office software is preferred. * **Support Analyst:** The Support Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for users, providing customer service and support via phone, email, and chat. Key responsibilities include escalating technical issues, tracking user interactions, collaborating with internal teams, and assisting with support documentation. Candidates should possess proven experience in a customer service or support role with strong organizational and communication skills.
