A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a personal lines account executive or account manager position is required, along with a 20-44 or 2-20 License. Experience with Applied EPIC and QuoteRUSH is a plus. Candidates should have the ability to build rapport with clients. **3. Commercial Lines Account Manager:** This on-site position supports producers in developing and servicing accounts. The role involves marketing new business, analyzing client information, preparing proposals, and independently negotiating placement. Applicants need a Florida 2-20 or insurance license and 3+ years agency experience in the designated field. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
