Join Auctor (YC X25) as a Founding Deployment Strategist to build the customer success function for an AI platform that is transforming professional services. In this foundational role, you will guide mid-market and enterprise clients through their entire post-sales journey—from onboarding to measurable value realization—while shaping the processes that power scalable growth.
What youll do
- Lead onboarding and adoption, running tailored trainings to help customers realize value quickly.
- Own the customer lifecycle post-sale with a focus on adoption, retention, and product usage.
- Engage deeply with technical and business stakeholders, from individual contributors to C-Suite, on workflows, integrations, and security controls.
- Track and deliver on success criteria across pilots, annual, and multi-year deals.
- Monitor account health, usage, and risk, intervening proactively to keep customers on track.
- Act as the voice of the customer, surfacing insights, blockers, and feedback to Product and Engineering.
- Develop the foundational playbooks and processes that define how Customer Success scales at Auctor.

- Proven experience guiding mid-market and enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
- Comfort navigating both business and technical conversations with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with individual contributors and executives.
- A background in customer success, deployment, or post-sales roles within fast-growing technology companies.
- Experience building foundational playbooks, processes, and success strategies from the ground up.
- Ability to monitor account health, identify risks, and intervene proactively to ensure strong customer outcomes.
