About this role

We're building the first AI-native go-to-market agency in the DACH region. Since 2024, we've grown to over โ‚ฌ5M ARR and a team of 30+, working with more than 200 leading B2B tech companies, including FreeNow, SmapOne, Ivy and Trawa.

You are a central part of our continued growth. As an Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle โ€“ from pipeline to close. Lead inflow is handled entirely by Pre-Sales โ€“ you focus on what matters.

Responsibilities

-Full ownership of the entire sales cycle โ€“ from pipeline to close
-Sales conversations with B2B decision-makers at C-level
-Proposals, contracts and CRM management
-Close collaboration with Pre-Sales and the internal team

Qualifications

-2โ€“4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech
-Ability to quickly understand complex GTM challenges and develop a clear strategy to tackle them
-Proven track record of closing deals and confidence with senior stakeholders
-High self-motivation and a clear revenue orientation
-German C2, strong English skills
-Based in Berlin / willing to work from the office (Alexanderplatz)
