Role: Operations Intern → Full-time.\nA 3–6 month paid internship that converts into a full-time Operations role. You'll be the operational engine of Aniva — running everything from customer experience to clinic logistics to supplement supply chain for our 162-biomarker preventive health service.\n\nWhat you'll do:\n• Own customer experience end-to-end: onboarding, blood-draw scheduling, results delivery, retention\n• Coordinate with our lab partners, phlebotomy clinics, and supplement manufacturers across Europe\n• Build internal ops tooling: automation in n8n / Make, Notion, Linear, Airtable, simple scripts\n• Scale the playbook so we can 10x customers without 10x headcount\n• Be the operational glue between product, GTM, and the founders\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n• Tech-savvy and automation-obsessed — you reach for n8n / Zapier / a Python script before adding headcount\n• Native German + fluent English (mandatory — you'll be talking to German clinics, partners, and customers daily)\n• Studying or recently graduated in something rigorous (engineering, business, life sciences, CS)\n• Owner mentality, fast at execution, comfortable with ambiguity\n• Genuinely excited about preventive health and longevity\n\nLogistics:\n• 3–6 month paid internship → converts to full-time Operations role\n• In-person in Berlin, Mon–Fri (non-negotiable)\n• Comp: ~36k€ annualized for the internship; full-time package upgraded on conversion
