Role: Founding GTM / B2B Sales.\nYou'll lead Aniva's B2B go-to-market — selling Europe's most comprehensive preventive health check-up (162 biomarkers + supplement packs + concierge) to corporates, insurers, employer-health programs, family offices, and clinics. You'll build the pipeline from scratch, close the first wave of deals, and turn early customers into long-term partners.\n\nWhat you'll do:\n• Build and own the B2B pipeline end-to-end: outbound, partnerships, inbound\n• Run discovery → demo → close, with deal sizes from 10k–500k+ €\n• Set up our sales stack from zero — CRM, outreach automation, enrichment, signals (Attio/Hubspot, Clay, Apollo, n8n, Lemlist, etc.)\n• Partner with the founders to define ICP, pricing, packaging, and contracts\n• Be the voice of the customer back to product and ops\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n• 2+ years closing complex B2B deals — bonus if in health tech, corporate benefits, insurance, or premium SaaS\n• Native German + fluent English (mandatory — most prospects are German-speaking)\n• Tech-savvy: you live in Notion, Linear, Attio/Hubspot, Clay, Apollo, n8n. AI-first sales workflows, not legacy SDR motion\n• Owner mentality — you run a real pipeline yourself, not via SDRs\n• Excited about preventive health and longevity\n\nLogistics:\n• In-person in Berlin, Mon–Fri (non-negotiable)\n• Full-time\n• Comp: 60k€ all-in OTE (base + variable) + competitive equity
