About this role
We’re looking for a Business Operations generalist who will be a force-multiplier for our founding team. You will own and solve mission-critical problems across go-to-market, customer deployments, operations, and strategy.
Examples of what you might work on include
Owning and driving the success of strategic customer deployments, making decisions that directly impact product adoption, operational efficiency, and revenue
Synthesizing on-the-ground customer insights into product requirements that will advance how we leverage AI to accelerate clinical trials
Building out scalable strategy, processes, and standards for the team across core business operations (GTM, Pricing, Marketing, RevOps)
Transitioning to design operating models and developing ecosystem partnerships to drive growth
