About this role
Join AfterQuery's founding team to architect and scale the expert supply engine that powers frontier AI training. In this deeply technical and strategic role, you will own both manual and automated acquisition pipelines to grow the expert network from 100, 000 to hundreds of thousands, designing scalable systems and working directly with the founders to recruit elite talent.
What youll do
- Build, optimize, and scale automated expert sourcing pipelines to accelerate network growth.
- Leverage LinkedIn and similar platforms to identify and recruit elite professionals across diverse industries.
- Manage concurrent recruiting workflows to consistently deliver high volumes of qualified experts.
- Design and implement automation stacks and scalable GTM systems to streamline talent acquisition.
- Run continuous experiments to improve conversion, efficiency, and overall pipeline performance.
- Drive brand amplification and recruitment marketing to expand AfterQuery's expert network.
What AfterQuery is looking for
- Proven experience scaling talent networks or marketplaces, or a strong background in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Demonstrated track record of elite operational execution in high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical rigor with comfort in funnel modeling and pipeline analytics.
- Proficiency with automation and GTM tooling such as Clay, Apollo, Zapier, and custom scripts or scrapers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High agency, resourcefulness, and a competitive drive to solve ambiguous challenges.
- Passion for frontier AI and ambition to build category-defining systems.
- Comfort operating in an intensive startup cadence.
