Crio Inc was founded in 2010 with the goal of introducing the world to a new way to consume cocoa and healthy chocolate products. Crio has developed a patent-pending process of harvesting and fermenting raw or organically grown cocoa beans that are then hand-sorted, roasted, ground, and packaged in their manufacturing center in Utah.

Their flagship product is Crio Brü, which can be prepared by consumers in their coffee making equipment and consumed hot or cold for a delicious, healthy beverage that contains no sugar, no chemicals, no gluten, and no dairy.
