Maintain the appearance and functionality of West Coast Self-Storage properties through landscaping and general maintenance. Ensure facility systems, structures, and grounds meet clean and operational standards.
Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and prior experience in groundskeeping or maintenance. Must be able to use hand/power tools and perform heavy lifting in outdoor environments.
Description
A Groundskeeper works with the District Manager and store teams to ensure upkeep and appearance of West Coast Self-Storage properties according to clean and operational standards. This role involves performing various landscaping and maintenance duties for multiple properties to keep them functional, clean, and free from debris. This is an outdoor and labor-intensive job. It includes the use of tools, hardware, chemicals, and other items to complete the required work.
