Job Description and Key Responsibilities
We are now looking for a Production / Project Manager Content to join our Design Studio in Hamburg. In this role, you will work closely with motion designers, art directors, strategists, and project managers to deliver high-quality content for digital signage channels.
You will play a central role in coordinating content production and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams. The projects range from digital menu boards for international food chains to in-store communication solutions for well-known global brands.
Your responsibilities include
Coordinate content production projects from brief to final delivery.
Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Manage incoming requests, briefs, and data flows related to content production.
Translate client needs and feedback into clear instructions for designers and production teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality and according to brand guidelines.
Participate in client meetings and build strong, trust-based relationships.
Maintain structure and overview across multiple parallel projects.
Collaborate closely with creatives and contribute to improving processes and workflows.
Support and contribute to concept development where relevant.
Your Profile
You are a structured and proactive production / project manager with a strong ability to create clarity in complex workflows. You enjoy working in a creative environment, have an eye for detail, and are comfortable acting as the link between clients and creative teams.
Strong project management skills and the ability to keep a clear overview.
A structured, organized, and solution-oriented way of working.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate client feedback into actionable tasks.
A good eye for design, typography, and visual communication.
A client-focused mindset and confidence in working with brand guidelines.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A relevant degree or vocational training in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and ideally After Effects) is a plus.
