En raison de l’expansion continue de nos activités en France, nous souhaitons recruter un « Plannificateur » pour travailler sur des projets internationaux de construction pour le secteur Pharmaceutique en France. Les missions pourront nécessiter une présence sur site, en région Parisienne ou en Normandie.
En tant que Planificateur/ Scheduler, vous serez responsable de la planification avancée, de l’ordonnancement, du suivi du projet et de l’analyse de projet important et international. Une compréhension approfondie des politiques, des méthodes et des procédures est requise, y compris les techniques avancées de planification et d’ordonnancement, l’analyse & gestion des risques et le suivi des objectifs du projet.
Dans votre rôle, vous allez :
Mise en œuvre de la stratégie, des plans et des procédures de planification et d’ordonnancement du projet, reflétant les rôles, des responsabilités et des attentes du client.
Control de l'avancement des travaux du projet.
Préparation du personnel, de la partie ingénierie, de l’avancement de la construction et des rapports personnalisés.
Effectuer une analyse probabiliste sur les calendriers intégrés.
Analyser le planning du projet, du chemin critique et des risques importants pour l’ensemble du projet.
Analyser les écarts par rapport à la base de référence du planning du projet en mettant en évidence les retards et proposer des actions correctives.
Préparer les rapports mensuels du projet et présentations spécifiques.
Analyser et mettre en évidence l’impact global de tout écart.
Une expertise dans les contrôles de projet et la gestion du temps et du calendrier est requise de préférence dans les projets de haute technologie, de fabrication, industriels ou autres.
Niveau d’expérience des outils de planification de projet (Primavera P6) : expert/avancé
La capacité de coordonner / organiser plusieurs sources d’entrées de planning/ données de performance et de fournir des rapports sur l’état d’avancement des projets / programmes est requise.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
La ténacité et la volonté de créer de la valeur ajoutée et de proposer des solutions.
Capable de développer de bonnes relations de travail avec l’équipe de projet.
Excellentes compétences en communication en FRANÇAIS et ANGLAIS (Oral et écrit).
