The role involves maintaining the ranch grounds through mowing, trimming, and pressure washing. Additionally, the position is responsible for the feeding and watering of ranch horses.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be proficient in operating various groundskeeping equipment, including tractors and zero-turn mowers. The ability to work unsupervised and follow directions is essential.
This position reports to, and is under, the direction of the TBN Ranch Manager. Candidate must work well unsupervised as well as with other maintenance team members, follow directions well, ability to limit phone use to lunch/breaks. Responsibilities include: assist in feeding and watering ranch horses, mowing and weed eating property, trimming hedges, spraying for weeds, flower bed maintenance, leaf removal, pressure washing, and other items as instructed by Ranch Manager.
This is a full-time, hourly position, with paid time off and medical, dental, and vision benefits; hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, firm.
Candidate must have valid/current driver license and have full knowledge of maintenance/care - and proficient in the operations - of groundskeeping equipment including, but not limited to, the following:
