The Assistant Crew Leader supervises staff and manages production goals, including scheduling, payroll, and quality control. They are responsible for leading morning huddles, mentoring team members, and ensuring all safety standards are strictly followed.
Candidates must have over 2 years of construction experience and at least 1 year in a leadership role. Required certifications include a valid driver's license and 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certifications.
