The Lead Rental Technician is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a fleet of light construction equipment across multiple store locations and job sites. This includes managing parts inventory, documenting work via company technology, and training associates on safe equipment operation.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and at least 3 years of experience in mechanical repairs. A high school diploma is required, while technical or trade school education in gas/diesel engine repair is preferred.
