Oversee the full lifecycle of Donor Advised Fund grant requests, serving as the primary contact for donors and nonprofit partners. Ensure process accuracy, compliance with foundation policies, and maintain detailed records within the CRM system.
Requires 3+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or nonprofit operations. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
About the Role: The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee is seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven Grants Coordinator to oversee the Donor Advised Fund (DAF) grant process from start to finish. As the primary point of contact for DAF fundholders and nonprofit grantee partners, you'll guide grant requests through every stage of the process, ensuring an efficient, accurate, and positive experience. This role does not make competitive grant award decisions and is focused on customer service, process accuracy, relationship management, compliance, and administrative coordination.
