The Team私たちのチームミッションは、“Connect the world to SmartNews and build diverse vertical experiences that expand our ecosystem.” です。
私たちは、SmartNewsと外の世界を繋ぐためのプロダクトと、アプリ内のユーザー体験を豊かにするプロダクトの両方に貢献しています。外部向けには、コンテンツプロバイダー向けの堅牢なプラットフォームを管理し、マーケティングテクノロジーを強力に支えるデータパイプラインを構築しています。内部向けには、他の様々なチームと協働し、アプリ内の機能の設計からローンチまでを行っています。
直近では、コンテンツパートナーへ提供する価値の最大化を継続しつつ、AIを活用した、より直感的かつ高度に効率化された手法で、ユーザーにQuality Informationを届けるための探索に多くの時間を割いています。
Role Mission本ポジションのミッションは、私のチームが管理するシステムに対し垂直統合的にオーナーシップを持ち、プロダクト機能の基盤となるスケーラブルなプラットフォームを設計・実装することです。この新しいAIの時代において、高度な機械学習（ML）およびAI機能をコア製品に統合するプロジェクトを推進できる、プロダクト志向のエンジニアを求めています。
プラットフォームの未来を形作るため、影響力の大きい幅広いイニシアチブを推進していただきます。具体的なプロジェクトの例としては、以下のようなものがありますが、これらに限定されません。
プロダクトマネージャーや事業開発チームと密に連携し、技術戦略とビジネスゴールをすり合わせ、システムがユーザーに最大の価値を提供できるようにします。同時に、インフラストラクチャチームやMLプラットフォームチームとパートナーシップを組み、大規模なサービスの設計・開発を行います。また、私たちは、多文化な環境で活躍できる方を求めています。技術的な議論の主な言語は英語ですが、日本市場向けのプロダクトイニシアチブを主体的にリードし、現地のプロダクトおよびビジネス関係者と効果的に連携するため、ビジネスレベルの日本語能力が必要です。
